Return and Refund Policy
We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching each product. However, in the rare case of product damage, defect, or incorrect item received, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a fair resolution.
Eligibility for Return/Refund:
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and certificates (if any).
Procedure:
1. Send the unboxing video and order details to care@astrovedakart.com within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Our team will review your request and verify the issue.
3. Once approved, we may offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Energized, personalized, or custom-made spiritual products.
- Rudraksha, gemstones, or items affected by usage, mishandling, or physical damage post-delivery.
Refund Processing:
After approval, refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
AstroVedaKart reserves the right to modify or reject refund requests that do not comply with the policy terms.
